Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Management Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be trained to look after the club and to deliver a great member experience to all our members, grow sustainably the membership base of the club and managing the team, the club’s social media platforms and the clubs financials. Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of club, includes but is not limited to, ensuring compliance to Company standards and procedures Achieve clubs targets and any other performance KPI’s set by the Company, Complete and manage all member inquiries in a timely way and any other tasks necessary to ensure the successful operations of the club. Maintain group exercise classes timetable and smooth, positive operations. Provide excellent customer service to all members, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, maintain strong, positive relationships with existing members, and actively seek feedback to improve their experience, Work closely with our marketing team to drive sales and marketing performance.
